Brad Burud and Blake Friars talk about what teams are risers and what teams are fallers in the Western and Eastern Conference. Who will make it in and who will be watching come April 10th. The general managers are having meetings this week and rule changes are a topic of discussion. Brad and Blake talk about the proposed changes.
