  1. Was able to catch the 3rd period. Watching Pastrnak and Marchand is enough reason to tune into a Boston Bruins game. Their numbers are definitely unsustainable, but Pastrnak has been trending upwards ever since 2016-17, and had the 7th best ppg in the league last year. As for Brad Marchand, at this rate he'll be carving himself a HHOF career. He's been top 5 in points the last 2 seasons and not lower than 6th best ppg in the past 3.
  2. Another edition of hockey gifs...
  3. Lol these are classics. But lest we not forget the absolute lunacy and randomness of. Olli Jokinen GIFS
  4. Goalie edition! Unfortunately, I can't find that ilya bryzgalov gif. You all know what I'm talking about... Or maybe u don't, because he has a crap ton of gif worthy content.
  5. I have no idea why an agitator in the NHL hasn't done that by now.
  6. Subban has time to improve in all aspects of the game, particularly and especially defense. Weber has been showing signs of deterioration for sometime. And as far as I'm aware, Subban's playstyle is more easy to maintain for longevity.
  7. even Lemieux was unable to elevate his team in the playoffs. Gretzky couldn`t with his art ross win in LA. But I don't know about most team game, Im not an avid football viewer but that seems very team oriented.
  8. So from what I have learned about this hockey drama over the years is that anyone with the last name Kane is an automatic douchebag.
  9. @flyercanuck This has been evident for decades, there's a reason why none of the greatest canadian hockey players are considered the best of all time..
  10. @Podein25See? Thats what its like to have a RIGHT opinion..
  11. @J0e Th0rnton people inserting racism where it is nonexistential. Whats new?
  12. Howden with a concussion, Pirri with an injury. Wow, incredibly unfortunate
  13. Nice article. Not only that though, but Kane has been progressing as a player since 2010. Patrick Kane has been a PPG player all but one year from 2010-present. Only injuries have prevented him from actually being among the top ten point producers of every year. But despite that, he remains a top 3 point producer of the decade in addition to being a top 3 PPG player tied with Stamkos and only below Crosby and Malkin. So in reality, I don't think this season should have genuinely surprised us as much as it should have.
  14. Yeah well, the voters dont exactly assess who should win what based on context... But its just that Larkin and Domi apparently contribute more defensively while also having similar production to Eichel. And while he does have the most pressure among the candidates, he still has Ryan O Reilly. While Larkin is the leading point producer on a team that has Zetterberg and Datsyuk.
  15. Well, what makes you select Eichel over the other contenders? The only argument I see for him is the fact that he plays on the worse team out of the contenders, but Domi and Larkins teams aren't exactly great either.
  16. Playoffs or not, he deserves serious hart consideration. I have no idea as to why playoffs is essential in almost every case for someone to be in consideration.
  17. "and maybe the greatest player to ever play the game" That's some serious hyperbole.
  18. This team is entertaining, all Panthers fans want is for them to make the playoffs, many don't even care what happens after
  19. This statement would hold some truth if this was any other year we were discussing. But this is already Kane's best regular season performance, while it has been captain intangibles worst season. He is 30 points ahead of the next highest point producer on his team. Its truly something when someone contradicts themselves in the same sentence.
  20. You can make the same argument for Karlsson. But Karlsson's teammates are irrefutably benefiting more from him then he is from them. He is fourth in scoring as a defenseman. While Klingberg's two teammates are top three in scoring. Holtby has undoubtedly been spectacular, but Wins and GAA are very team oriented stats. Just look at Capitals team in comparison to Florida's.
