    After the Cherry Hill social club which, a ton of Flyers and former Flyers belong too,could there be an anti-? culture rearing it's ugly head? Time to clean house? Is there a Sandusky type scandal about break?

    One thing the "Hawks" acquired was one Scotty Bowman, genius, which helps a lot! If Snider would stop hiring former Flyers for positions in management things might improve. He needs to run the Flyers like it Comcast corp. It probably had something to do with Lukko leaving. He probably couldn't stand being surrounded by idiots!

    I don't think any of GM candidates could live up to Keith Allen! First thing Ed Snider has to have Clarkie surgically removed from his hip,politely dismiss Homer and pass the reign to a younger,competent executive. Brian Burke seems to be in big demand,knows how to build a winner,former Maine Mariner,it always puzzled me why he's never been mentioned. This chronic failure chain of the old boys doin' their thing really sucks!

    Maybe Lukko was the real culprit here? JVR for Luke Schenn was just about the worst trade in team history! Now we know how Montreal felt about the LeClair debacle. These guys are a bunch of carbuncles!

    My number #1 thought is why he wasn't on the ice last night. Is Chief not trying to put the best guys available in play? Raffle is the first guy that comes to mind that could use a little "Time with Terry" !

    Is deportation a possibility on Streit? On Mezzo I thought last night he was back to his old self. After Downie and Simmonds, coasting was the MO. These guys need watch a few JVR tapes on shoo-outs! Chief didn't play McGinn even though he was in the house,strange.

    Mabe Lukko wanted to get rid of Clarkie and Ed wouldn't have any of it?

    It's a much better game when you have a goalie like Mason. A goalie that controls the game by being better than most of the shooters,like Brodeur,Bernie,Hasek,etc..

    How about Homer works one of his wham bam whizzer deals to acquire Darnell Nurse? I'd say just about anybody on the club is available!

    How can a whole team go down the tube at once? Poor Emery. What happened to physical hockey? Maybe it's time for Chief to call a medicine man? Homer?

    Without somebody like Pronger on the ice Coburn seems to forget what his real job is. A good case for the Flyer's "D" would be the Panther's fourth line crashing the net for a score and Flyer's guys on the ice became spectators!

    Meyers would be a great addition to to the Flyer's "D" core. Guys with big wing span make great "D" men,plus imagine what two big guys on defense (Horin) would be like. Right now I can't think of one player on the Flyer's I wouldn't trade! Not Mason or Emery!

    Berube and Lappy have got these guys wising up when it come to getting penalties. The game on the line is the top priority. Some of the guys who agitate for a living can't do much else,it beats working on a Tugboat or welding.

    Downie was drafted as a classic Flyer,they never should have gotten rid of him in the first place (flakie coach?). Maybe Homer was righting a wrong,this guy can play!

    If anybody thinks Cooter's offensive game has regressed,what about Giroux,Hartnell,Simmonds,Read,Hello! One player who definitely would miss Cooter if he was traded is Malkin, the Kid definitely has his number,always a pleasure to watch. The Flyers are very hard to be enthused about this season,their like somebody waving a pendant in you face and saying "you are getting sleepy".

    These guys played like a well oiled machine! Mason was outstanding,way to go Chief. Hopefully tonight's game will be more of the same.

    Do you mean the spectator in the striped shirt observing the "Debacle"? I wonder what the Ref would have done if Emery was choking Holtby to death? CPR?

    Maybe Emery felt that two of his teamates got the short end of the stick elsewhere on the ice,so revenge being what it is,he acted. I'm sure Holtby is aware that once in a while things get physical. Does anybody care about the Ref not doing his job?

    It wasn't a severe impact,but the intent,plus the little tap was there. My suggestion for a penalty would be a game misconduct and two weeks in the gulag with Boris!
