I love me some goalie controversy in the playoffs....my scenario: game 3 mason starts and because hes not healthy gets pulled for emery in 1st period....you finish the sentence how ever you want....

Im 100 % fine with this, yes vlc was better in the begining of the season between read and downie, because he was playing more center, yes he played some wing, but that didnt work with g at center either. He is better in the middle making plays. Im ok with this because Couts will be checking the other teams top forwards now, so i wont be suprised if this works, but they will have to keep him at center if he starts to score

I just cant see him getting third line minuites....to me he is a carcillo like player with a scoring touch, but you cant have him on the fourth line, because his mini me rinaldo is already there....so lets jam raffl at center (another player playing out of position) on the 4th line.....i hate these lines so much....

Im sorry, imo that was not a hell of a hockey game....both teams couldnt get out of their respective ways.....mason played great, peters played good....and thats about it...they were a combined 1/10 on the powerplay....

The train of coaches has end sometime. yes if the flyers stumble, am sure there is always a chance in flyerland, but i think lavy is their guy

Murky is the PERFECT word... for me this is the season of the see saw. Regardless of how good or bad i will watch. The goal tending could be either really good or rock bottom (havent we hit it yet). The defense if healthy could be one of the top units in the league or if not healthy worse then last year (how is that possible). The youngsters could regress and play like their age or become breakout stars. The vet forwards could slump and vanish for a majority of the season or guys like giroux vlc and hartnell could have all star/mvpish seasons. We could trade all the kids for aging veterans or stand pat and let them develop and step up. I see every one of these thoughts/questions with every post on here. I am very excited regardless of how fast they get out the gate or how bad they start...but either way this will be a season we will never forget or wont be able to forget
