Great game by Talbot! 11 wins, 11 shots, no #11, I had to laugh about that. I'm 50 by the way, so I guess I'm a youngster here. I'll catch ypu in the end! Just you wait!
Sheesh you're old.

Kinda telling when Kap-Rask-Zucc plus our 4th line that are able to stay the longest in the offensive zone.

Powerless play time

That if anything was a lucky bounce

Did I just see Spurgeon paired with Cole? And Suter with Brodin?

Fiala should try passing to the Vegas guys instead, maybe that way he'd actually manage to connect a pass to one of our guys.
Because hot damn, even a blind and deaf person would give better passes.

The Wild is getting noticed positively. The change agent being of course Kaprizov. I still can't believe our luck. It seems we have in him a player who can skate, score, hit, pass, deke, who has a wonderful hockey IQ, who makes his team mates better and has a team first mentality, good character and who has not forgotten hockey is a game - so he's fun as well. This kind of stuff happens to the other teams, not to the Wild. Who can we even compare him to? Somebody said perhaps Datsyuk or Kane. It's crazy.
It's surreal, even NHL.com is now writing about the Wild.

Pardon me while I beat the nag for a moment. It's time.....to stop boot licking Suter and Parise because of their contracts. They have added essentially nothing this year. There are several guys really improving and playing really well (Hartman, Sturm upfront, and Cole and Soucy in back). No reason to keep the facade going that these two are top 6 and top 4 - they simply are not. Their skating is sub-par, their effort is mixed to bad, and their attitudes are poor. I don't think Zach and Ryan (and their colossal egos) are enjoying being upstaged and surpassed by the younger players, either. Any Yard Sale including them would make my day.
Parise is pretty much demoted to the third line already.

Talbot's been good
Think it's the first time in his career that he has a proper D-corp in front of him.

Better shooter and stick-handler. Needs to watch Kap in terms of how to create FOR OTHERS
Definitely. Couple of times when Eek or Greenway were in front of the net creating a mask, he made a pass instead of taking a shot.

What the heck was that???
That happened so quick...did Foligno actually trip that Kings player?
Looked like he just lost an edge.
Make up call????Looked like he stepped on the stick.

Yeah Carter wasn't holding Sturm's stick at all.

Fiala making weird decisions will th the puck sometimes.

Can’t stand the guy but he’s one of the best trash talkers in the league. Guy doesn’t shut up
Trash talking is fine, the dirty **** isn't. Should send the Moose loose on him.

Spurgeon just dangles past 3 guys.

Sometimes, it really does look like Kaprizov has that puck on an invisible string.
He shoots it, and if he doesn't score, it seems to come right back to him.
Very few in the NHL can boast that. Glad he is one of them.
If the Wild can hurry and get him some equally skilled linemates, we could have the makings of a TB Lightning-like or Toronto Maple Leaf-like offense.A proper 1-2 center punch like Crosby-Malkin or McDavid-Draisaitl would do the trick.

Kappy is just so fun to watch, something always happens when he's on the ice.

Suter is such a pylon. I mean when he finally gets his abysmal speed up, the opponent is 20 feet ahead already.

Perhaps I should follow TropicalFruit girls advice and see myself out, my bringing the testosterone down on the board and all with foreknowledge on these matters....?
Not the weirdest knowledge to possess, I assure you

Minnesota Wild vs Colorado Avalanche, Wednesday 4-7-21, 8:00pm, Xcel Energy Center
in Minnesota Wild

Kind shows that Wild need to play hardnosed in-your-face type of hockey to win against teams like Vegas and Colorado.
I'm just amazed how Kap shoots his wristers and snapshots with his hands so high up his stick. Kid has a seriously strong lower body and shoulders to pulls those shots off with that kind of accuracy and speed.
