Well, out of frustration we signed up for YouTube TV so we could watch the game.....but alas our FireTV sticks are not compatible. New 2nd Gen one will be delivered on Saturday. Yeah, I know I could pull up a "free" video stream online, but those "free" streams tend to be laden with adware/malware, so not worth it to me.

Morning all. It’s 3:15am here in Frankfurt. My alarm is set to go off at 5am but because jet lag is absolutely kicking my butt, I’m awake. However since I need to be at the train station at 7, I guess I’d rather be up than oversleep. I was going crazy. I woke up to find a Granlund goal notification from the NHL, but boxscore said 0-0. It would be nice if goal notifications would be updated to let you know the goal was waived off. What was the reason it didn’t stand?

Exactly. There are a lot of accessibility features built into iOS and macOS. That's what I do all day now. I will say this, Voiceover on iOS is a million times easier than macOS.

Yeah, it's much harder than normal support, but I find I don't get as deep into the issues with the actual operating systems. I do a lot more "how do I do this with voiceover" or I take feature requests.

Oh, since I've been a bit MIA since the end of the season.... I have a new role at work. I now do Accessibility support. Love it.

Yeah, I don't like clicking on those kinds of links. There is some really nasty adware out there that gets attached to those kinds of video links, that it's just not worth it.

Well DirectTV is not effected. It would be for those of us with Dish Network. I know we could switch providers, but as soon as they settle, then they will have a contract to hash out with another cable/satellite providers. Not worth it.

Just a head's up for all you Dish Network subscribers.....looks like we will be without Fox Sports North for some unknown amount of time. Thank goodness tonight's pre-season game is on NHL Network. I suppose we add links for streams in here for future reference.
