Make sure you put your predicitions here --> http://www.hockeyforums.net/index.php/topic/46220-predict-the-2013-regular-season-final-standings-for-tokens/
The Wild better make the playoffs this year. Parise and Suter alone should add a lot to the team.
I have them finishing 6th:
WEST
1. Blues
2. Kings
3. Canucks
4. Blackhawks
5. Sharks
6. Wild
7. Redwings
8. Oilers

What in the world are these player thinking.
I often question the amount of money and pro-sports player makes. But I can't blame the players for trying to get as much money as possible during their playing days. It's not like you would donate all of the money after you hit the lottery and say "well it's for charity."
Someone is going to take that money if it's offered. Might as well be you, right?
By the way. Welcome

It was a good game. Playoff style as was said.
-
I think you both did a great job on this. It's a lot of work.
The Kings getting Shelley is a tough one to beat.
Iginla to the Rangers ..... .hmm.
-
Ouch. What happened?
-
I've seen the others. All about the same. Some are better though.
Richards is a quiet guy so it wasn't anything earth shattering.
He gets a real bad wrap in Philly but I'm not sure it was all 100% deserved.
My guess is that if Carter and Richards were separated from the beginning, Richards would still be the Flyers captain.

I think the Sabres need a lot more than Brown. Just saying.
-
Things are starting to happen. Should be interesting up to the dateline.
-
Refresh. If not, give it a few more minutes. Needs to spread through the internets

Trying to leave a comment on that site.

No sure Bryz looked like a star......but the Sabres looked bad!

You guys have done a lot of work on this. Congrats.
I think moving forward if there is a version #2, we should come up with an easier format. Lots of colors and it gets a little confusing in the middle. Maybe the quoting is the way to go to compartmentalize it a bit more by trade.
-
Carter to Toronto huh. Man is he going to hate life when he can't show up in a club without fans booing him.
-
I love debating with people any time, but if you're going to come in as a guest and rip me, at least bring some facts, or it's not getting displayed.
Kind of the theme here. Argue the point not the person.

I think of it location based. I understand trying to keep the Flyers/Pens together which makes sense. But the Caps should stay in the Southeast and the Flyers in the Atlantic just based on location. This is another problem from trying to create southern teams. There shouldn't be a teams in Florida and probably not even in Carolina.
The bottom 10 in attendance: Phoenix, Islanders, Stars, Ducks, Blue Jackets, Atlanta, Devils, Avs, Panthers, Wild, Panthers (Tampa is 13th)
6 southern teams out of 10. (Islanders, Devils and CBJ all have their own problems..)
In the end there should be 2 conferences of 14 with 2 divisions of 7 in each.
As been said before, contraction probably won't happen.

.... but you'll notice that when anything happens to them they scream bloody murder, that whole organization is a bunch of hypocrites....
And the leader of that group and worst offender is non-other than Jack Edwards. Here's a few of yes best examples:
http://www.hockeyforums.net/index.php/videos/category-53-worst-homer-announcers/
But this one is my favorite
-
Most other teams and their fans hate the Flyers and their fans. Of course us Flyer's fans get a bad wrap and do nothing to deserve it.....
Once teams start to remain at a high and consistent winning level, the hatred & jealously from other fans starts to grow. I think thats part of what the Canucks fans see.
It makes it all the more fun.
-
Seems to be what most are saying, to quote one guy from New York "F the Canucks, they suck, they are overrated" But that's probably just cause he's from New York...
Sounds like a NY'er
-
I think you are going to have more luck finding western conference teams that don't like the Canucks vs eastern conference.
My opinion is what is there to hate against? It's not like they are winning cup after cup They aren't rival and so on.
There's always going to be hate from the Canuck rivals, especially in the west.
I personally am to busy hating the Pens, Caps, Rangers, Bruins.......
-
I picked the Islanders. I think they can finally sniff the playoffs.
Leino on the top line?
-
Welcome aboard.
Looks like the Wild might get in to the PO.
Have to watch out for the Flames and the Stars though. I think the Avs are going to spiral down.
We shall see.
Saturday is going to be a good game.
-
That was a rough game. 5 pts out of the 8th spot. That was two points the Hawks really needed.
-
I think you have to accept the Shelley trade. Invaluable and irrelevance together in one package.

I was Wings, Sharks, Canucks.
I thought the kings would be right there. As yave said, I think they will be there in the end.
Richards got the C-word so that set him back a bit.
He plays very hard (most of the time) and it takes a toll on his body.
Still one of my favorite players.

Under statement of the year!
If this is even close to the truth, Hartnell might just win some fans back that he lost over the last year plus.
