Hey, know you are likely working. I wanted to ask you a question if you dont mind.  One that is professional.  I had a 7.4 A1C last time 3 months ago.  I am on Glipzide/Metformin 5/500 mg, 2 morning and two at night. Also on Lyrica.   I just had another blood test and see him Friday.  This A1C is elevated to 9,1.  Due to my daily serving of Chocolate chip ice cream no doubt which before I did not eat?  What is your best guess what he might do?  Do you think he might switch me our to insulin or just tell me to watch diet?  Thanks.  If you prefer not to answer, I will understand.     Rick
