2C most likely right?

I don't see Frost kicking that door in.

Maybe by game 10 Frost is in a groove.

I'm not getting the on-the-verge of breaking out feeling from him.

He has not looked "bad" to me. He just hasn't looked like a can't get the puck away from him/puck always finds him play maker.

There is nice flexibility available with this roster when the dudes are healthy.

I would have no problem playing Hayesy at 2 or 3 C.  There are enough skilled wingers to roll 3 pretty good scoring lines.

-on paper.

Frustrating and disappointing, but true...

The weird thing is that with all the "centers" on the roster, this is indeed the case.

What would you think about Giroux as 2C until they get a fully healthy and effective Hayes back? 🤔

Someone in the press asked AV that last week, not sure who it was an he wouldn't even address whomever asked it, he just ignored it and answered the next question like it was never asked. Too funny.

I'm not all the way out on Frost. In fact I'm far from it.

He looks like an NHL player.

He hasn't played hockey in a long time, maybe the scoring comes with more reps.

I'd like to see him dominate the puck more in the offensive zone.

His hands are wicked fast, his shoot-out goal vs Washington provided hope.

He's just not screaming 2C with a bullet

He looks like a kid in need of a huge confidence boost and getting him going could go along ways for him and i hope he can find it because they need him.

For a month and a half?

I think there are worse choices.

He's been a great 5 v 5 play driver.

His production would suffer and would most likely get tongues wagging.

A line of him and Atinkson and Farabee or Lindblom?

If they get the puck they'll make something happen.

I do see that line chasing the play maybe more than I'd like.

I think a slow start could cause 28 to the pivot to happen.

This is pretty much what I'm thinking.

Not a long term. Not permanent.

A stop gap.

I've always thought Giroux was better at his natural position and he's shown he is.

But for a short term 2C option he's probably the best one they've got
