Getting pretty cute with the passing in the last 5 or so minutes. Not many SOG's in that time.

It seems Detroit not the bad team by having a nice speed and by placing good shots. They are also using smartly our mistakes and made already 11 shots vs our 8 during the 1st period.

Clearly, Boldy should have been up for last years playoffs.  Those 10 games  down in AHL REALLY made a difference early this year.  Rossi has now been languishing for 10 more total games than Boldy in AHL in TOTAL.  How about we bring him up and send someone else down....Duhaime (13 pts in 41 games), perhaps?  Dewar (4 pts in 16)??  Rossi is the #2 rookie scorer in the AHL and #19 overall - he would certainly improve the team.  I would like to see him up now with some time before playoffs.  Of course, Evason will wait as long as it takes for PU to 'earn' his spot while Rossi rots an entire year in the minors.
