Well it helps a lot when everyone in your boat are all rowing together in unison with a clear plan and objective and zero passengers.

 

Oh yeah and the biggest part, they all come to work motivated and wanting to do their part regardless of how big or small that may be, just do it for each other because you don't want to let your teammates down.

 

Give it everything you got till there is nothing left to give.

 

JVR would not survive this environment.

 

Will we ever see the Flyers ever come close to this again.

 

I'm pulling for him but if they win it will have been 3 teams in the South who have won the Cup before I ever get to witness the Flyers win one.

 

If you told me this in 1996 I would never have believed you...

HAHA! Literally came here to post the exact same thing!

 

G is playing great on a MUCH better team. Go Figure!

 

I'm glad for him! I hope he gets a cup this year! Go Panthers!
