Average attendance percentages for the season

Canadian teams (especially Montréal) are biased because they play some games in empty areans and some with only 500 people.

 

But the League or Clubs should make a true count of the real attendance rather than the paid tickets. I know it makes sense on a financial point of view but you could see a lot of empty seats in Centre Bell while the attendance mentioned the usual 21,000+ spectators.

They're going off just ticket sales? That's... Weird.
