The optics of buying Oscar's contract are terrible. There's no real compassionate way to look at this situation or sell it. 100% it's business and that's sad. CF has made so many bad moves since that good one ( signing Oscar to a deal and saying don't worry about anything) that he has to "undo" it. I think Chuck is in the IDGAF phase of his employment tenure though. They have to get rid of JVR, and there is no way to do this without giving up some kind of assets.
