Alexandron
No questions, next 4 road games will be for the team extremely tough. I will be very happy if we will get at least 4 points from these 4 games. For this game predicting Wild loss in OT (or SO) with a score 3:4. Hope, Kaprizov will be able to place his 100th career goal at this time.
SaucyJack
Last time the Wild visited Washington was early April last year, and it was the home team lost in the wilderness, on the drubbed end of a 5-1 score. Caps did just pull off a comeback last night, but it was extremely uncharacteristic of them, especially of the past two weeks. It is so difficult to predict how Washington will play any given night. I wouldn’t wager this game either direction.

ClusterChuck
May depend on which Kuemper shows up tonight. Very good GAA and 4 SO's but also has a losing record. Stop Ovi and we have a chance. But good luck with that. A Kap-Ovi show and Wild Win 5-4.
wildstars95
I have a feeling ovie might line up for a one timer from the right circle on a caps powerplay 3-2 wild tonight
Alexandron
Michael Russo @RussoHockey Filip Gustavsson starts for #mnwild. We should stay out of penalty box. Backstrom and Wilson are back.

Alexandron
3 hours ago, bbgarnett said: Kuemper started last night so assuming we get Lindgren Interesting fact, that Charlie Lindgren (29 y.o.) is Minnesotan from Lakeville, MN. During the last couple years (2021-2023) he progressed pretty well. When played for Springfield Thunderbirds(AHL) his record was 24-7-1; GAA 2.21; SV% 0.925; for St. Louis Blues team (NHL) he had 5-0-0 record ; GAA was 1.22; SV% was 0.958. This season with Capitals his record is 11-5-2; GAA 2.6; SV% 0.912. I think tonight it will be an intriguing duel between our Gustavsson and their Lindgren. As well as our Kaprizov and their Ovechkin. Capitals are pretty offensive team which is hard to stop. Hoping for at least one point from this game. But if we want to get anywhere in the PO's, We need to learn how or find a way to beat these 'tough' teams. Caps record isn't much better than ours.
bbgarnett
I was at the doctors today and he said he recently got to meet Jordan Greenway at a party. He said Greenway was dating his nieces boyfriends sister. Edited January 18, 2023 by bbgarnett

TropicalFruitGirl26
Love the fight shown by Duhaime just now, but I think he got into it with the wrong guy....
