jammer2 Posted June 29, 2012 Share Posted June 29, 2012 "no other teams wants him anymore"....exactly, the quickest route to the NHL (speaking in terms of contending teams) for old coaching vets like Terry is to impress at the AHL level...then if a coaching vacancy comes up for the Flyers, he will be on a short list of candidates. It's one of the only ways in for a guy like him. Even more to his advantage is if it happens in mid season, then he's almost automatically named "interm coach"....then you hope the team catches lightning in a bottle for you.@orange_crush Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
