Specifically Michael Leighton and Peter Laviolette…Carcillo is still speaking at the convention. Even though I´m what you call a fight-fan in hockey, Carbomb truly sucked at that, and it was laughable when he was supposed to be our enforcer. canoli Posted July 22, 2012 Share Posted July 22, 2012 yeah Carcillo is a clown, Carcillo is a jerk, he's a wannabe goon...At the time I said it was the "dumbest trade in Flyers' history" and I meant it - bringing in the leader in PIMs to a team who's weakness was discipline - brilliant.The only thing is - he's right about the goaltending. A few things contributed to the loss in the 2010 Final, obviously, it's a team game after all. But the biggest one was Leighton's awful performances in those 6 games. If he steals 1 of those games ... well never mind it's over and done.Or not. It's not over and done because Good Lord WTF? Leighton is back again ... behind Ilya Bryzgalov no less. Jesus H Christ... I know there are worse goalie tandems around the NHL but I can't think of them right this minute...Oh well maybe Weber can do some goalie coaching in his spare time.
