blocker Posted August 9, 2012 Share Posted August 9, 2012 I used to get home from work, check on the kids, and head for the rink. I'd collect the days receipts, and do whatever paperwork was necessary. I'd bring the work out to the bleachers, drink the beer I'd brought in a bag and watch the guys in the beer leagues. Some of them liked to play with the microphone at the scorer's table. A couple of them were pretty funny. One night, a player had on an orange Flyers jersey with red hair sticking out of the holes in a blue helmet. He's banging his stick on the ice, hollering for the puck.
