flyerrod
I gotta say that just reading the title of this thread sent me into a hysterical laughing fit that left me snorting and crying with stitches in my sides....
hf101
I gotta say that just reading the title of this thread sent me into a hysterical laughing fit that left me snorting and crying with stitches in my sides.... I can't take credit for it. I think somebody photo shopped Blysma's comments of the American goalies to be in the Olympics.
flyercanuck
Pumping up your goalies confidence is one thing. This is about as helpful as LeCavalier being touted as the Michael Jordan of the NHL as an 18 year old.
radoran
C'mon now, guys, I think Fleury is a capable backup for Vokoun.
jammer2
If I had my choice, I'd honestly take the Reimer and Bernier tandem, and neither one is even a legit starter yet!!

DaGreatGazoo
Okay, Dan... Broad Street Hockey @BroadStHockey21mIt begins. RT @JoshYohe_Trib: Fleury just allowed a goal that can't be described. It was an own goal. I will leave it at that.
Habsterix
I'm not sure that I agree with Bylsma but good on him to say that publicly. He needs to try to pump Fleury's tires for sure.
flyercanuck
@Habsterix Like I said, giving your goalie a vote of confidence is one thing, flat out lying is another.
B21
Oh the travesty! What's next? Giroux's coach calling him the best player in the league?

B21
@B21 Equally as brilliant! Ha! I'd love to stay and chat but we have a baseball season that matters here in the Burgh and as you are probably aware, that doesn't happen too often. Plus it's nice to have at least one team who's star player is not such a lightning rod (see: Crosby, Sidney and Ben, Big). Thank you Lord for Andrew McCutchen.

Though I had heard the Pirates have been bad for a long time. Just not a baseball fan. Enjoy your "vanilla" McCutchen. See, I can still berate him!
