hf101
I have a hard time believing this hit by Nolan on Kesla which sent him off the ice on a stretcher with a concussion if called during the playoffs wouldn't be called a suspension. But Shanny decided this is a legal hit. The contact through the body is legal, I agree. But it is the upwards motion though the hit that is the problem, imo. it always is. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4F9ns4JXl4 Bissonette also pays the price for the hit as he chose to leave the bench for his teammate...... -- Automatic 10 game suspension. Moral of the story, try to knock out your opponent with an uppercut via the body.
