Flyers GM Paul Holmgren says Vinny Lecavalier has a non-displaced fracture in his lower back. Starting with rest to handle discomfort.

Lecavalier is looking at 3-4 more weeks from now, already missed a week.

Eff that........that is the last thing i'm worried about....i want playoff hockey regardless of how far this group can actually go in it. It's like my Eagles and the playoffs it's not the same around Christmas if the Eagles ain't in it, hard to care about it truly without a dog in the race!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
