Chicago Hawkie Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 This shoud be a very interesting game. I'm really not sure how this game will play out, since it has been a long while since these two teams met. I don't know what kind of game we're going to get with Montreal. The Hawks have struggled somewhat ... at least according to the media. The Hawks have lost 3 out of the last four games, although we did get a point in two of those losses. Corey Crawford is from Montreal, so we'll see how Crow does back home. Very interesting ... Quote
yave1964 Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 One thing I like about this game is the skill level. Both clubs are solid skilled teams. the Habs in spite of a lack of size make up for it by a solid coaching and skill. This game has been on my radar for a week or so now. Gonna be a good one. Quote
Chicago Hawkie Posted January 12, 2014 Author Posted January 12, 2014 @yave1964 Montreal is a team that can be very surprising ... perhaps they will be involved in some huge playoff upsets? They took the Hawks by surprise tonight, unfortunately. Quote
Chicago Hawkie Posted January 12, 2014 Author Posted January 12, 2014 Hawks drop another one, but at least get a point The Canadiens have shown to be a surprising team, but I also think the Hawks may have overlooked this game. If we weren't trying to make the perfect play, we looked rather sluggish, and perhaps lazy, tonight. Now the Hawks must travel back to Chicago to face the Oilers tomorrow night. Quote
