hf101 3,160
At 43 Selanne has the most Olympic medals at 4 and holds the record of being the oldest medal winner in the history of men’s hockey. Congrats to him he was definite leader for the Finnish team. I do have to wonder though was Selanne really the MVP of the tournament? Price may have deserved it with the 2 shutouts. And thinking forward how many Canadians from this Olympic team will either tie or break Selanne's record? Or will then not have the opportunity to accomplish that feat? flyercanuck 8,951
@hf101 I'm OK with Selanne getting the "feel good" MVP...Doughty deserved it over Price IMO. Selannes 43 points in Olympic competition are pretty impressive.
hf101 3,160
@flyercanuck Yeah, Doughty is a good choice, he's been a beast in this tourney. Wonder if there has ever been a d-man chosen for MVP of the Olympic tournament?
