pilldoc
Here are the current standings (As of 5/15/14)for the HF Playoff Fantasy League. Please note....there is still 1 more 2nd round game left. LA vs Ana tomorrow night. Campbell Conference: (players in parenthesis denotes players still active and have not been eliminated) 1) 57 pts @Phillygrump (still has - Kane, Lundqvist, Seabrook, Fowler, Sharp)2) 55 pts @Polaris922 (still has - Price, Perry)3) 53 pts @radoran (still has - Getzlaf, Keith, Vanek)3) 53 pts @Vanflyer (still has - Towes, Kopitar)5) 47 pts @hf101 (still has - Quick, Markov)6) 44 pts @FD19372 (still has - Doughty, Subban)7) 42 pts @pilldoc (still has - Hossa)8) 39 pts @J0e Th0rnton (still has - Crawford)9) 27 pts @oilfieldhockey (still has - no one. all players eliminated) I think Phillygrump has the inside track to win here. I really don't see anyone overtaking him. The real fight will be for 2nd place. Wales Conference: 1) 55 pts @EDI-Flyer (still has - Kane, Doughtry, Price)2) 53 pts @AlaskaFlyerFan (still has - Getzlaf, Keith, Sharp, Crawford, Hjalmarsson)3) 51 pts @peter puck (still has - Towes, Seabrook, Quick)4) 50 pts @flyerrod (still has - Carter, Voynov)5) 42 pts @Abel Morpeus (still has Fowler, Hossa)6) 40 pts @WingNut722 (still has - Hiller)7) 37 pts @Bertmega (still has - Perry)8) 26 pts @Hockey Junkie (still has - Nash, Girardi)9) 19 pts @jammer2 (still - has no one. all players eliminated) There is a real battle here. It comes down to the battle of the goalies as Edi / AFF / peter puck all have goalies who are still active. Although someone win lose their goalie tomorrow night. The Kings win sent home 2 more teams from the Wales Conference. @WingNut722 and @Bertmega We probably have one of the tightest races ever going into the Conference Championships. Vanflyer
Ouch, Oooch, Ouch Oooch. Time for me to fly. When you lose your goalie your toast. Even witih the Rangers recent wins I could not pick up a point. Freakin Nash. Unreal. Nice job Phillygrum having all your players and Lundquist. Actually, I had a conversation with HF101 regarding this thought. It was a bit sour grapes on my part because my goalie got knocked out in round 1. But i had the idea that instead of 2 pts for a goalie win, 1.5 pts. It still puts substantial emphasis on the goalie selection (which is intended), while also rewarding the other 5 players selected. In the end, I don't care. I know its allot of work and am appreciative being able to participate. The thing that I enjoy about it is that it entices me to broaden my hockey viewing, regardless if I am a homer and tank like @jammer2 :-)

I would be more excited but I had nothing to do with picking my team.
