jammer2
Just found a list of the top 250 of all time in playoff point per game average. Vanflyer
21)Ken Linsemen.....1.062....shocked to see him in the top 25 all time, very impressive. One of only 3 present or former Flyers to average over a point per game! Shocked to see him there as well. Dirty / Nasty player that you love to have on your team, but abhor on the other team. He is actually a good trivia questions: 1) Ken Linesman was a 1st round pick by the Flyers for the rights of Coach Fred Shero (NYR). 2) Ken Linesman was traded to the Hartford Whalers (with Greg Adams and Picks for).........Mark Howe. jammer2
Some interesting facts on Homer. The best year of his career, by far was 79-80. His regular season was 30 goals and 35 assists for 65 pts....and his playoff totals were 18 games, 10 goals and 10 assists for 20 pts. That was the year where we lost to the Islanders, the first of their 4 straight Cups....and Bob Nystrom and all that fun stuff Ya know, I always knew Homer was one of those tough guys who could chip in with the offense, but I had totally forgotten about his scoring 30 goals....all this from a guy who had 267 PIM's that year, how in the holy hell did he find time to score 30 goals....LOL! http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid=2343
