Well, not everyone is a sniper.  Those with laser accuracy should be picking corners.  The rest should be focusing on pucks to the net though.  The harder the shot into the pads, the better chance for a rebound.  The more rebounds, the more potential follow up scoring chances - assuming the forwards crash the net.

 

Jake and G are better, and should be held to that standard.  Wayne not so much.  He's more the garbage goal guy, and very good at it.  Nothing wrong with that at all.

The whole team looked very bland, un-dynamic, un-creative, and completely lacking confidence in their attempts on net. Especially off the rush.

That's got to change. They looked scared to try. defense first... Great. But if you're on a two on one? Come on. Tell me they didn't just stop practicing that stuff altogether because honestly it looked like they had no idea what to do when they got an open shot.
