Watched them play the baby pens. Gost looked smooth,quick and did well in his own zone, which seems like Flyers defenseman have no clue at. Gost leveled a pens player in the game, happy to see that. Hagg looked good as well, doesn't stand out but gets the job done.  A couple guy's that surprised me with their invisibility. Laughton and Lauridsen. Neither did anything to have you notice them, except for Lauridsen looked slower then usual. Laughton had one shot and didn't show up in the physical game.  Terrible ice surface and sloppy play all over.  At times a chippy game, Rosehill was sleep walking until the games end when a piece of **** player, Franham decided to add up some penalty minutes. I don't see the baby pens being much this year, my season tickets will be less valuable for selling I see lol, but the Phantoms just might do something, depending on call-ups.  Brandon Alderson is another kid who looked good, aggressive, didn't know the kid was that big. Lists him at 6'4 but he looked bigger. Pens have a couple kids that I liked as well. Philip Samuelsson, who's the low life Ulf's kid I believe, I like that kid. I have season tickets so I also listened to the broadcast, local one, and the Penguins have the worst broadcast teams, or tied for 1st with Boston, in both NHL and AHL, I think I ever heard. Jack Edwards might be the worst ever in any sport.

I'm not sure why they have both Stortini and Rosehill in the lineup at the same time doesn't make sense. They should at least give the younger still developing Mathers the AHL ice time. Sad to hear Laughton didn't stand out. I see neither him or Leier had a point. I want Mark Alt on the Flyers blueline.

I watched the game on TV (Back & Forth with the Flyers) and I thought they played well.

I live just outside of Wilkes-Barre and had season tickets the first year (1999). From what 

I saw the Phantoms looked much better than some of the previous teams. The defense

looked much better and I hope that some of them are ready soon, the Flyers need help!

3-0 lead against Montreal and losing the game in the 3rd period, terrible!
