What is the biggest problem your team needs to fix this offseason?

The title is pretty straightforward, I'd say. Give me one thing that your team needs to fix more than anything else. Injuries don't count since you can't control them.

For the Sens, I'd say we need more depth at left wing. A healthy Clarke MacArthur might do okay as a number two left-winger, but I think we can do a little better. I'm definitely not sold on Michalek for that spot. Even if you happily take the two of them as second and third line, though, what do you have left? Colin Greening played 26 games and had only one goal. Matt Puempel played 13 games, with only two goals and one assist, and Shane Prince had a single assist in only two games. Really, all that leaves is to bring someone out of his normal position to play, but then that could incur depth problems somewhere else. I believe Condra played the left side at times, but I'd really like to see the Sens try to sign someone at left wing.

The Oilers have issues with goaltending and defense above any other problems, but if I have to choose one above the other, it would be the defense. Over the last number of seasons, Edmonton has gone through a series of goaltenders who produce league average results, but who crater once playing behind the Oilers blueline, which has been exceptionally weak.

For the Lightning, it would probably be a bit more size (that can skate well) up front.

The Bolts defense actually is pretty large and mobile so when people sometimes say "Tampa Bay is too small" what they likely refer to is the average size of the forward units.

In addition to the already very good speed and skill, the Bolts could certainly use a bigger (literally) physical presence up front.

Sure, guys like Callahan, Paquette, Morrow, JT Brown, and sometimes Stamkos play a physical game, but really, those aren't "big" guys (more like mid-sized players)....and a power forward that commands physical attention as well as a guy that can help create space for his scoring linemates due to his speed and size would do wonders against the heavier teams in the league.

For the Minnesota Wild, I'd have to say the single biggest thing they are missing is a legit, bonafide, top tier SNIPER.

Zach Parise, Jason Pomminville, Mikael Granlund, Jason Zucker, Nino Niedderreiter...those are all nice offensive type players...but NONE can really be categorized as true snipers that can make all the difference in tight games, on the PP, or in games where the opposition gives the Wild chances where they can them promptly bury that team in their mistakes.

When Pomminville was traded for, it was thought he could be that guy.....Thomas Vanek was supposed to be that guy also.

But none of those two have really been that consistent sniper.

Jason Zucker, still very young, has a chance to be that, but as much as I like his game, he still is very streaky.

Can score a bunch, then not do anything for long stretches.

I truly believe that if the Wild had a real sniper (two would be better! lol), then maybe they don't lose three straight times to Chicago in the playoffs.

Not taking anything away from the Hawks, they ARE good, but Chicago has also presented the Wild with TONS of scoring opportunities in their meetings......opportunities the Wild wiffed on because they didn't have a real go-to, tried and true, deadly accurate goal scorer.

Same, but goaltending is our pressing issue.

Our defense is actually only a piece away for once. Hoping sharks can target someone like Spurgeon in trade, or that the Hawks are truly screwed an need to trade Seabrook

The Flyes need a over haul on defense and legit top end speed in their top 6 to properly counter what the other teams are doing AND to carry out the new coaches approach to the game.
