How can Chorney be both in the lineup and scratched?

More importantly, what's everybody drinking?

I'll have whatever the guy is drinking who both scratched and put Chorney in the line up.  Must be good stuff.

This is a test of Flyer character on enemy ice.  I suspect the Caps will invade the Flyers' zone for the first 10 minutes desperate to put the game away early . Neuvirth playing on his former home rink....another interesting dimension.  Guys like Read and Gagne have to put some umphh into their games; our first line has no home advantage match-up.

This has been a rough week at work. Hopefully I sip some fermented grape juice and watch a competitive game.

LGF!

Both sound delicious. Is Dortmunder a kind of beer, or a place, or what?

Dortmunder is a style of lager beer that originated in Dortmund Germany. It's a very nice crisp beer that isn't too strong, so I can have six and still get up and function tomorrow.

Here in Pennsylvania we are way behind the times and just recently allowed six-packs to be sold in (some) grocery stores. Finally convenient stores are actually convenient and allow small purchases of beer.

I'm preferential to the Edmund Fitzgerald from that brewery :ToastingSmiley:

i haven't had a bad beer from Great Lakes. Tried 4 of them during a power outage in Cleveland my favorite was oddly the octoberfest...usually not my thing, I liked the irish ale too.

I never had their Red, but it sounds tasty. Maybe that is in order for the luck of the Irish? :)

Let me read my bloody tea leaves...

I see 3 to 2 win in O T . goal by read .

3-2 caps, read still with the game winner, couts gets a hatty, and Esche has 36 saves.

That's just ridiculous.

They're starting Cechmanek over Esche.

My brother and I were driving to a playoff game in the era and we got stuck in traffic.  For some reason, we were picturing those two carpooling to the game and they were running late so they both had full gear on in the car.

When was the last time the flyers had a goalie play 75% of the regular season and the entire playoffs...Hextall?

Could be a Flying Fish Pale Ale or three, we'll see how the evening progresses

Excellent choice. The way look at it if the Flyers are in the game that's a reason to keep drinking, but if they'e getting blown out, that's an even better reason to keep drinking.

I'm into a new so-called "session IPA" called State of Mind. It's probably the most interesting beer I've had in ages.

I think it's time for Schenn to have a big game.

And maybe a goal by Gudas, the offensive defenseman. ;)

Ya gotta believe!

Schenn is due but where the hell has Jake been? Time for him to step up. He's been stealing $$$ lately.
