Meanwhile, Flyers still stink, seven years after trading Carter and Richards. It's amazing a team with Clarke, Holmgren and Hextall can be the softest team in the NHL. Absolutely amazing. Howie58 Posted February 26, 2017 Share Posted February 26, 2017 I'm sure the stadium presents challenges to coverage normally done in an arena. Coverage near the goals was fine. The rest at times was disappointing. The fans seem to enjoy it! I might argue that one of Bettmann's biggest contributions was getting the NHL back on a major network. peter679 Posted February 27, 2017 Share Posted February 27, 2017 It was awesome to be at the game! Although cold as all hell to say the least. Flyers should not have been on the ice with the Pens, they can't compete or skate with that team. We hoped for more.. they had a few moments but for the most part 95% of the game was all Pens. BTW, that was hilarious! We were right infront of the penguins when it happened. I think 2 of them got the poop scared out of them! lol Felt bad for them.
