I quite like their third jersey, it pays good homage to the original Ottawa team but the stripes are wide enough to not be as garish as the original design. The capital O has been on the jumpers in some form for a while now, but promoting it to primary logo? Hmm, not sure. It could work, but the design of their regular jerseys would need to become a little bit busier to prevent them from looking a little plain.
