Buffalo Rick Posted April 15, 2017 Share Posted April 15, 2017 Many questions and he answered the way you would expect on most issues. One that I did like was he was not committed to Robin Lehner. I certainly am not. Now I have heard from a source in Vancouver that Miller will likely not be back. If so, I beg the Sabres to ask for his return. If not him, maybe Fleury? Someone for Gods sake. Lehner is not terrible but he is not good enough to make those saves on breakaways or shootouts that Miller is capable of. I know more has to be addressed besides the goaltending. The defense for sure. The coach, I am not certain he is safe but i would bet he is for this year. I do not imagine Murray has any intention of going after Lindy Ruff as his uncle and Ruff hated each other. I am more concerned with a solid draft and getting Eichel signed long term, which comes up July 1 and the goalie situation that needs a change Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
