Lyon injured leg is all i seen reported so far...not sure what that could be....

This blueline roll out is puzzling. Why would Gordon put a ECHL defenseman (Lamarche)out there when he has the more skilled Dmen at his disposal in Friedman and Myers??? Myers i could understand because he just got there and hasn't practiced with the team yet. But hell they should play Willcox who is another right hand shot too and in better in his own end than Lamarche. They will need to change the backend for the next game if they don't want to fall behind. I'm thinking Hart may give them the best chance to win if they don't want to fall behind 3-0 in the series. I think AHL playoffs are best of 5 right?

It would be the guy i'd go with but i know stubborn ass Gordon won't go with the kids. He should sit Alt and Lamarche to and go with the skill...Friedman and Myers. Go out with guns blazing! Man i hope he is wrong. No way i go with ECHL Marin Ouellette...not dissing the kid but 25 and an ECHL guy it is where he should stay. Go with better talent i say. See what the kid has got. REMEMBER THIS IS THE BEST OF 5 SERIES NOT 7!!! Can't afford to lose anymore games!

Why did he play Steven Swaverly (ECHL) instead of Radel Fazleev? Why did he play Lamarche (ECHL) instead of Friedman (Myers just got there so i'll give him the benefit of doubt)? So he'll probably play Ouellette and lose again.

I dont get to see many Phantoms games, but I dont see the point of playing a career ECHL/AHL tweener over 18/19/20 year olds that have very good NHL futures. so my guess is Lamarche is Gordon's MacDonald and Swaverly is his VdV

The kids need to play in order to get the "playoff experience" not sure WTF he and Cote are thinking.

He wants them to experience a winning mentality starting in the minors. They can't do that when they aren't even playing.

By that i mean if they get bounced the first round and he fires him then i could make some sense out of it. But if they get bounced and they keep him it wouldn't make any sense. Just making the playoffs with all this talent shouldn't be enough.
