Dennis Wideman being sued by linesman he KO'd

Just came across this article and thought I would share.  I wonder if Wideman will settle out of court or risk this going to trial.  Here is the thread from last year.

 

I think Henderson (the linesman involved) has a legitimate case.  Through an arbitrator, Wideman had his initial suspension of 20 games reduced to 10 games, much to the chagrin of many on here.  I would love to sit on the jury for this trial, should it go to trial.  The many focus will be whether if Wideman did indeed suffer a concussion and claims because of said concussion he had no idea what he was doing when he leveled Hennderson.  Stay tuned.
