yave1964 Posted October 1, 2017 Share Posted October 1, 2017 If you read one Hockey book this year..... There is no better Hockey book writer today than Stephen Cole and that includes everyone. His intelligence and love of the game shines through in every word he writes, his latest effort is about 70s Hockey, concentrating on the three top teams of the decade, beggining with the Big Bad Bruins, with the middle part on the Broad Street Bullies followed by the late seventies Canadien Dynasty. Wonderful read, well researched and a bit bawdy at times. I read pretty much everything Cole writes on the game that we all love and like everything else, this one did not disappoint.
