Meanwhile the AHL is looking to expand. Currently the San Antonio Rampage are part of the Colorado Avalanche. The thinking is to have the AHL expand to Colorado and move the Avs closer to home. BlueAero Posted May 19, 2019 Share Posted May 19, 2019 Rampage had a tough year being basically a startup franchise but they finished strong and things look bright for the future with all the talent St. Louis has coming up the ranks. Brewin Flames Posted May 17, 2022 Share Posted May 17, 2022 Vadim Zherenko has signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the St. Louis Blues. Zherenko posted a 2.67 GAA and .902 save percentage in 30 contests in FInland's Liiga this season. St. Louis took him with the 208th overall pick in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft.
