Callan Foote (D), Alexander Volkov (F), and especially Taylor Raddysh (F) are three guys I am excited about and can't wait to see how they turn out.

Foote, a big 6'4 220 pound 19 yr old defenseman won't light it up in the NHL (or even the AHL) offensively like he did in the WHL, but he is projecting to be a do-everything type defender, and the Bolts are being careful with how they bring him up through their system

Volkov, 21 yrs old, 6'1 200 pounds, a scoring type Russian winger with size and maybe a bit of attitude as he picked up 63 PIMs in about 70 games last season.  Bolts gave him a long look during pre-season this year, but ultimately decided he should simmer some more in the AHL and get him grasp the full North American game a bit better before giving him real time with the big club.

Taylor Raddysh, 20 yrs old, 6'2 210 pound power forward who can SCORE.... he currently is the cream of the Bolts' minor league crops.
Absolutely killed it in Juniors with 70+, 100+, and 80+ point seasons, and right now, in Syracuse, has 6G and 10 points over 11 games.
Teams keep calling the Bolts about possibly trading him for some NHL level players, so far, the Bolts have resisted...hopefully, they keep him, as he would represent something the Bolts do NOT have much of... a big player who can score.
