I started making my own wine this spring. My dad had left me all this winemaking stuff and I finally got around to trying it out. So far one miss (pear) and one hit (peach). Smells like pear, and there is pear on the back end, but there’s a wierd taste in the middle. It was my first attempt and it was only a gallon, so I’m not too upset.
