Thank goodness for this game right away to give the Wild a chance to wash away the bad taste left by yesterday's loss to Buffalo!

While the Sabres are up n coming and the Hawks are seemingly continuing their downward spiral, the Hawks STILL have some good players, that, if Minnesota doesn't play full speed ahead, can certainly bury the Wild early!

Divisional opponent, Minnesota still near the top of the Central, and the Blackhawks aren't particularly good defensively (although perhaps having Crawford back will help them at least fend off more goals against), so yea, there is opportunity for the Wild to help fans forget yesterday's disappointment.

Not sure who is getting the goalie start yet, but unless for some reason Minnesota feels the need to run Dubnyk out again, my money is on Alex Stalock getting the nod here.

Whether Stalock or Dubnyk though, keeping to the structure the Wild do very well, definitely staying out of the penalty box (Hawks are ranked last in the league on the PP, however, with players like DeBrincat, Kane, and Toews, you simply do NOT want to give them chances at it), and just playing hard to frustrate the fragile confidence of Chicago will be key.

Let's Go Wild....you've got this game and one at home against the high scoring Senators to put a bow on things before the short US Thanksgiving break!

This game should be Stalocks but you never know with BB. Let Dubnyk rest for Ottawa and give Stalock some real game playing time.

Maybe it's me or my TV's audio but our home crowd seems pretty quiet especially lately. Not much of that 'energy' we keep hearing about.

There's only one delirious glossy eyed homer here that I know of that whines about people stating facts about certain Wild players.
