It's pretty obvious that he's talking about Taylor Hall when he's referencing the toe drags and condescension towards working hard in practice. To me, I think it says a lot more about the management of the Edmonton Oilers than it does about young Hall, who needed to be taken to task more, to be dealt with a bit more hands-on.
