Buffalo Rick
The Sabres have 7 of 9 coming out of the break and that may make or break their run at a playoff wild card in the East. They have a shot to make a run, but it seems Botterill is content to stand pat on this lineup and wait until the draft to cash in on the picks coming from the Kane and O'Reilly deals. Also the talent pool in Rochester and the development of guys like Middlestadt as an example. If they made a deal it would likely be for someone that would not walk in July. I would expect him to make an offer for Skinner to be locked in long term. We have to hope we can win a majority of these games we have coming at home and make a respectable effort in Columbus and Dallas.
