Predicting the same score against Flames on 01/09/2020 at 8:00 pm. See my previous predictions from 01/05/2020.:playing-hockey-smiley-emoticon:

The other game will present an interest from our Division tonight : Predators against Blackhawks after firing their decent coach.

Despite Canucks are 8-2-0 in their last 10 games,I am still predicting our win with a score 1:0 in regulation on 01/12/2020 against that team.:playing-hockey-smiley-emoticon:.

Since December 29th we played 6 games. Only 1 game we were able to win in OT(score was 3:2). 5 out of 6 games we lost ( 1 in SO and 4 games in regulation). And in all those games, which we lost in regulation, we were able to put just only one puck into the opposite net. It is a very frustrating/depressing statistics.
For the 1st time I am predicting our :wild: loss in regulation with a score 1:5 for tomorrow game (01/14/2020; 6:00 pm) against :penguins: Penguins. Hope, I will be wrong in my prediction.

Just found an interesting article to read regarding the possible ways of the Wild's team future.

Here is a link to read  about it:

Unfortunately, my prediction in our loss with a high score against Penguins was right. Despite that we lost this game with a high score 3:7, the positive part was we were able to put 3 goals in their net in comparison to our previous 4 losses in regulation when we were able to  put only 1 goal in each game. IMO,all 3 goals(2 from Parise and 1 from Foligno) into the Penguins net were pretty nice.

I completely agree with this article. This roster has proven they are not the right guys for the job. As much as I hate to a hard working blue collar guy go I would include everybody and even Foligno. I have accepted these guys together will never hoist a cup. In fact I expect ugly blowouts against the Wild every game. It's made the games more enjoyable to watch but until the team gets talent we can't really rag on them to much. I have cut my ragging back now. Except for Suter. I can't stand his lack of effort and play. I don't think he enjoys losing but I also think he doesn't bother him at all to lose as long as he can coast and save himself.

Agreed we're not trending up and now with the usual core (Dubnyk, Spurgeon, Ek and soon Koivu) back, The youth get pushed aside again and some of that energy the kids brought into each game isn't there as much. Possibly resulting in a full reversal of Dec 'stats'.

I knew this sounded familiar. ;)

And here we are again. Probably the easiest prediction of the year.

For the 2nd time I am predicting our :wild: Wild crazy loss in regulation with a score  even higher 1:8 for tonight game (01/16/2020; 7:00 pm) against :lightning: Lightning team.:hockey-goal-scoring-smiley-emoticon: Hope again, I will be wrong in my prediction.

Sure the constant line juggling is a mistake. But I think too it's of less importance with this roster. When we had Granny, Coyle, Nino, Zucker in his prime... then it hurt more.   Staal and Koivu - slow and slower. No matter where you put them that line slows down and suffers. Parise can't do anything with the puck. He just hustles, not playing like a franchise player. So you have the top two lines phucked up no matter what's the combo.

From my observation, we mainly have on this forum fans of 2 professional NHL teams -the Flyers and the Wild. I still would prefer our personal predicting Wild thread here as we had for decades before on a Wild.com link,  just to focus our fans exclusively to the team's results instead of wasting/spreading our attention to other teams which are possibly not presenting a lot of interest  to the Wild fans. Because we do not  know perfectly well the other teams players; lines; goalies and their pote

Right now my optimism is just wanting to see a good full game...Win or lose. Not just periods. Can we for at least the next game win 5-2? ...Sure. I need to see something click in the O and D lines to make me think that score is reasonably reached. That's where my optimism will grow.

Toronto Maple Leafs team is a very serious high scoring team to play against, which stays  second in the League after Capitals so far in goals forward. In their last 10 games they are also 8-1-1.   Our team should be mentally prepared to score plenty of goals during the game if they really want to win at the last day of 2019 YEAR!!!. Predicting our win in OT against Toronto team on 12/31/19 (at 5:00 p.m.):  6  :   5.   And a HAPPY NEW 2020 YEAR to every fan at this forum an
