Suter doesn't move his feet he just goes for the one handed swing of the stick and gets beat to it. Sprugeon has the dreaded 'contract hangover' this year (and always needed to hit the gym). Suter lacks all fundamentals of a supposed 'top flight' defense man. He should be older and crafty now, and have solid fundamentals with diminished skill - but he has got NOTHING in terms of technique, and he is very lazy with his stick and feet. EmptyShelf
Dallas has sure brought in some aged players this year. They might box themselves in like the Wild, but I would gladly trade teams with them (I would take any of their contracts for Parise, Suter, Klyde, Rask, and Dubnyks). Perhaps they would take them all for Heiskanen
bbgarnett
wow can't believe he actually took the timeout.

BB just doesn't follow through with the pre-game plan in game. I am guessing some hurt feelings and dirty looks on the bench, and BB caves and puts him out (AND on the PP). Win or not, I hate this kind of game management - he is slower than any pee wee player at this stage. After Zucker scored on the power play koivu and company got more time. After Staal scored, I think feelings got really hurt.

ClusterChuck
Ugh...I get home to see the start of the 3rd and all I see is a period long PP from Dallas.
Tomdog
Will this team ever learn that the best way to protect a lead is to keep doing what got you the lead in the first place.

Starofthenorth
This may just be the season ender or the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back.
Starofthenorth
How is it that spurgeon despite playing like a little boy is still tougher on his feet than Greenway?
EmptyShelf
So, I watch the World Series for 30 minutes and the Wild score goes from 3-0 to 3-6 . This team needs to be gutted in the worst way. Just begin the sell-off; Miami Dolphins style (e.g. part out whatever you can for picks and youngsters).

CreaseAndAssist
Wild Squander Strong Start in 6-3 Loss to Dallas You have to laugh at how bad Jonas Brodin and Jason Zucker were down the stretch. Wild stopped skating and the wheels fell off. Full game recap and some prospect news too. Wild cannot afford to take its tired legs off the gas at all. Enjoy.
