We will not have a post-gamer because I have a football banquet to attend. This could be a fairly spirited game given all the 'talk' that played a role in how the last meeting between these two clubs turned out. Enjoy and discuss!
lynxrattle
This should be a fun one to watch! Kuemper should be fired up, our guys wanting to win, the Coyotes should be ready to defend their goalie... there should be a lot of energy around!

CreaseAndAssist
I doubt he'll say much. But I could see his teammates dishing out a lot of trash hoping to draw a few dumb retaliatory penalties from the Wild.
IllaZilla
I think Antti Raanta is starting...he was the first goalie off the ice during practice today...
IllaZilla
I’m actually going to watch this dumpster fire tonight. It kind of cold out and I need a nice fire to warm me up...

EmptyShelf
I am watching tonight (perhaps end-to-end) with a CST game time. Wondering what we will see. I would like to see some new PP combination, and a de-emphasis of the old goats, but alas, 9 and 11 started on the first shift with 20 (and 22 with 46). They will beat these lineups into the ground. Doesn't bode well for them not re-signing Klyde when they play him so much.
EmptyShelf
From my POV, Staal is a much better C than Koivu....

IllaZilla
They seem to be skating for a change. Kind of disjointed, but they’re not just standing around.
EmptyShelf
Koivu's lack of speed and lack of of play making ability must give BB loose bowels....Is it the 3, 4, or 5 of us tonight? I feel like a shill still attentively watching this mess

They seem to skate hard and if they don’t get results they seem to give up...
IllaZilla
At least 9, 11, and 20 aren’t out there on the PP...
EmptyShelf
I saw the Blackhawks last night, and what interested me was how they have traded for some nice young assets (Strome, Maata), added some nice players through draft (DeBrin, Dach, Boqvist), while back-filling for their Sr. Citizens (whom are a he77 of a lot better than Wilds). It will serve them well when they make the transition away from the Elders.

I would still like to see the youngsters. 9, 11, and 20 will not be part of any SC run in the future.

EmptyShelf
I wonder if the Eek, Kunin, and Greenway like just show so little to BB, that he won't keep them together on at least PP2 for 20 games, or if 9 and 11 just whine too much to allow it? They will never handle PP time well if they never have opportunities.

Are they just not that good or are the vets exerting their preferences?
