But Tuesday, KHL reporter Igor Eronko tweeted that CSKA goalie, and Islanders prospect, Ilya Sorokin has intentions of playing in the NHL next season. musky Posted December 17, 2019 Author Share Posted December 17, 2019 Ilya Sorokin doesn't even consider an extension with CSKA at the moment. The earliest he would look into the offered terms is March. They would be shocking but I don't think it makes him stay Over the last five years in the KHL, Sorokin has averaged a .937 save percentage and a 1.40 goals against average.
