yave1964 Posted December 12, 2019 Share Posted December 12, 2019 Well you cannot fire a goalie with a long term untradeable contract and a defense that doesn't play defense so in these situations the coach goes. Surprised they cleaned house among the assistants. Boughner actualy did a solid job with the Panthers and is not a bad choice going forward, some continuity with the team as he was an assistant there for several years before landing the Panther gig.
