SpikeDDS
Flu takes out half the team. Dekeyeser, arguably our best D-man, now out for the season after having back surgery. The real pity here is that while this would normally be an opportunity to give a prospect some NHL experience, we are forced to give Brian Laschoff a call-up. To replace an injured Ericsson. As tempting as it could be to call up Seider, please don’t. Not unless he is ready. I need some hope, and if you bring him up now, and he’s not lights-out, what other hope do we have on the defensive side of the puck? Nope, I need that hope to remain. Brining him up just so we would lose 4-2 instead of 5-2 doesn’t help me. I can’t wait for the curling season to heat up!
Brewin Flames
Nope... If you bring him up now, it will kill this kid's confidence... At a min 1-3 AHL years would serve him best...me thinks.
yave1964
Seider has been making a ton of mistakes lately with the puck, nowhere near ready although he has shown signs of being exactly what Yzerman thought he was. overall just ready for the season to be over, lol.
