Here's my take on Giroux....   At one point he was, at least on NHL broadcasts, considered a top 4 player in the game. And at the start of his Flyer career, he seemed to have fire and passion. In recent years, he no longer is in the discussion of "best" players in the game, and isn't often discussed among "top" players in the game. I don't even consider him the best player on his team.
