All worship aside, Kap is THE most exciting player to watch shift after shift.  He just has IT, and creates something out of nothing.  What do you think his ceiling is?  I would say Top 10, in less than a year.  Perhaps Top 5 by the end of this year.  He gets more comfortable every game, and its not like he is playing with a Draisaitl or a Malkin or Backstrom next to him.  He is essentially playing with two guys that were bottom 20% in the league last year.

Parise is also a liability on the ice.  He has no skating ability, and no more knack.  His game is so stale and boring.  Even his effort looks like a beer league guy that is totally outclassed trying to play two levels above his ability.  Just watch him for a three shifts.  He brings nothing

This is one of our best periods.  We came back from a stale period and got sloppy goals from pure effort.  Those are the goals we have been missing for years, playing catch along the boards.  For every great goal, a couple of greasy goals are needed to be a top team.  This is a resilient bunch, too
