I find this article a little frustrating because Tim P. once again takes a shot at management ("The Flyers tried to muzzle him") for trying to step in and do something when Bryzgalov was clearly off his game. It's not like the Flyers came in when everything was going fine and beligerently told Bryz to stop talking to the press just to flex their organizational muscle. The dude clearly needed some time and space to refocus.

Regardless of that nonsense, I'm glad that Bryz is back to playing the way we hoped he play.

I'm with you—I thought they'd give Payne a little more time. Plus I'd heard rumblings that Hitch was being considered again in Columbus. It'll be interesting to see what he can do with that Blues team...
