    Oh god.. its posts like this that make me want to leave this board... the guy shows a little passion and fire, starts playing well, stands on his head, the Flyers get the win and you still have sand in your vaag over slapping his stick on the ice? geezus and baby geezus..

    The young kids on the Oilers just outskated and outskilled the Flyers... they were all over the Flyers for pretty much the whole game. Can't fault Bryz for this one...

    I watched the game from the Jets feed and they sort of took jabs at Bryz for that last goal.. Not outright insulting the Bryz, but basically saying that cannot happen. Had he let that puck go past him, it would of went high over the net.

    I can recall two saves that were fantastic... the glove save toward the end of the game and the nice right pad save in OT that swung the play the other way where the Flyers offense absolutely took over, eventually winning the game. THAT'S exactly what he used to do in Phx and that's exactly what the Flyers need from Bryz! Overall, a great game to watch!

    It almost looked like when Sestito eventually got thrown down, he hit his face on the ice... didn't seem like he got his hands up in time to stop his head from hitting the ice... good fight though.. love it!

    Rinaldo is awesome! Love his style and energy he brings to the team... Soft Flyers fans are soft!

    Timo should also be ripping the coaching staff for not being able to figure out how to beat ONE specific team in 5 tries. I know the coaching staff is not on the ice, but c'mon man.. try something different, be a little more creative, somehow figure out what the Rags are doing and try to counter that strategy... getting all red in the face and calling timeouts mid-way through the game is certainly not the answer...

    Well, I never said trade, but I guess that's how a team would ultimately obtain a true, solid vet. Again, I'm not saying the Flyers should do it.. I've just run out of thoughts on how to tighten the lineup just a little bit more than it is. I think the team should find another goal scorer for Jagr to feed. The Giroux-Hartnell-Jags line has no doubt slowed down a ton, so maybe its time to mix it up. The only other guy I can see meshing with Jags is possibly Voracek... maybe Briere?

    Only problem is, the guy on the other end played alot better.. and that's exaclty what the Flyers needed from their goaltending in some recent past games and obviously moving forward. Sure we peppered Nabokov with 40+ shots, but alot of those were what some would call, routine saves... the power play was terrible. but give credit to the Isles as they did block alot of shots and passing lanes.. I know the Flyers have a couple of nice rookies in their lineup, but maybe its time to obtain some veterans as well?

    Man, I would be bummed... got this nice, 5-day vacation planned out and then have to cancel everything because of this dog and pony show they call the all-star game.. zzzzzzzzzz

    Lavi is the problem... soft style of play, doesn't care if defenseman who don't finsih their checks, continues to mix up the lines clearly shows signs of desperation, does nothing to spark the team other than make those dumb, frustration faces behind the bench... ie inserts Shelley into the lineup, gives him 4 minutes of ice time, why even bother? The Rangers are in first because they play "team tough"... the Flyers don't. Get someone behind the bench to light a fire under Bryz's butt and you will see the real Bryz shine.

    Solid game against a pretty poor team.. Bryz did not have to work hard and the one goal was a bit weak, but overall, a good performance and goals scored by several different Flyers.

    Do the Flyers really need these guys on the point on the PP? They can't put the puck in the nets on offense, so put them on the point? I just don't get it...

    Please don't waste a roster spot.. he is clearly not ready for the bigs... 2nd or 3rd line center?? we've got enough troubles!

    Should've been zero games... he got a 5 and a game, that should have been enough.

    LEAVE THE D ALONE! This nice mix of vets and young guns are playing JUST FINE! They are all stepping up without Pronger.. in fact, they are playing better when Pronger WAS in the lineup. Do not mess with something that is not broken!

    He stole that game last night... the 3rd period was one of his best this season.

    I would've fired the puck right at the first guy standing at the blue line... that should get him to move!
